The Hanna Habits
In 2021 - I was selected by the graduating class to give their commencement speech. I left them with these 7 pieces of advice for their futures as physicians. They serve as a constant reminder for me as well to stay patient-centered. Some of these may not make sense - so please reach out and ask!
Don’t forget, you’re wearing a white coat.
When shaken, Light up.
Take more shoes off - off others’ feet.
Go out to lunch & Be discipled.
Visit the dying.
Live a life where you’re not the point.
Help your neighbor move their couch.
